Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes billing, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds for hosting and related Services purchased from VMGDMA LLC d/b/a Voodoo Media Group. It is part of the Hosting Services Agreement.
1. Billing cycles
Services are offered on monthly and annual billing cycles, as shown at the time of purchase. Fees are charged in advance for each cycle through Stripe.
2. Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. By purchasing, you authorize these recurring charges. For annual subscriptions, we send a renewal reminder by email before the renewal date.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account in the Portal under your subscriptions, or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Services continue through the end of the current paid term.
4. Effect of cancellation
When the paid term ends, Services stop and your hosted data enters a 30-day grace period, after which it is permanently deleted. A self-service export of your site is available during the term and the grace period. Hands-on migration assistance is available as a separate billable service.
5. Refunds
Fees already charged are non-refundable, and we do not prorate or refund the current billing period when you cancel. We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion, for example where a charge resulted from our error. 6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you. If payment is not received within [X days, e.g., 7] of the due date, we may suspend the Services; if it remains unpaid after [Y days, e.g., 14], we may terminate the Services and begin the 30-day data grace period.
7. Price changes
We may change prices for future billing cycles. We will give you notice before a renewal at a new price so you can decide whether to continue.
8. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the Services pending resolution.
